Our Seattle office is located on Westlake just north of South Lake Union:
1836 Westlake Avenue N, Suite 201, Seattle, WA 98109
Driving directions:
If you’re traveling I-5 from either direction, take the Mercer St. exit.
Exit off the highway and after three blocks, take a right onto Westlake Ave North. You will now be driving up the west side of the lake.
Continue up the lake and once you pass the 2nd set of lights, which has a pedestrian overpass, get into the right-hand lane to turn into the parking lot at 1836. Directly across the street from us (west side) is KCPQ, Channel Q13.
Our door is just under and to the right of the 1836 lettering on the awning. We are at street level despite being in #201.
By bus:
If you’d like to take the bus, King County Metro Transit route 40 stops in front of our office building (the “8th Avenue North” stop).
Parking:
Paid stalls should be available close to our front door. You can pay online using the PayByPhone app, or use the kiosk. The payment requirement period ends at 4pm daily!
